Your privacy
- Reading files you add: the file you add is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, may be processed outside Australia, and can be deleted with its extracted rows by pressing Delete everything in the app. Cloudflare Workers AI (model @cf/meta/llama-3.2-11b-vision-instruct, run by Cloudflare, Inc.) extracts the rows. The extracted rows and the file stay in Axiolia's Cloudflare storage until you delete them. Black out account numbers before you upload if you prefer.
This page is a plain statement of what the sign-up form collects.
- What we collect: whether a stored app file matches our fictional sample statement (a sample marker), the email address you type into the form, the time, the page you joined from, the price the page showed you, your browser's user-agent string (browser and device type), the country Cloudflare reports for your connection, a random session id, and the link tag you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign: which channel and post sent you). Two cookies (pt_sid, pt_arm, 30 days) keep the price you saw the same on every visit; pt_sid holds that random session id and pt_arm the price, nothing else. A third cookie, pt_ab (30 days), holds one random digit that picks which wording of this page you see, so we can compare wordings fairly; it holds nothing else.
- Without signing up: when a page first shows you a price it records one row with the session id, the price shown, the page you came from, the link tag you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the browser string and the country. No email or name is in that row. We use it only to count how many visitors saw the price.
- Your IP address: used only to limit sign-up tries to five a minute; it is held for 60 seconds and then discarded.
- Why: the email opens your place and lets us tell you once when it is ready. The price, session id, browser and country let us compare the two prices fairly and spot repeated or automated sign-ups. Nothing else.
- Where it lives and for how long: in Cloudflare storage controlled by Axiolia. Your sign-up stays until you ask to leave. Visit and sign-up event rows are kept by Cloudflare Analytics Engine for three months, then deleted. Each page you open also records one visit row: the address of the page, the link tag (utm_source and utm_campaign), the site that linked you, your country, and whether the visit came from Axiolia's own test browsers, and the pt_ab digit (which wording of the page you saw). That last mark comes from an own_traffic cookie (365 days) that only our own team's browsers carry, so we can leave our own visits out of the counts; visitors never receive it. No IP or full browser string is in the row. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
- How to leave: reply to any email we send, or write to hello@aetherasset.ai; the address is deleted.
The app
When you open the app you hand it payslips, statements, bills or label photos. Those files and the rows read from them are kept for your sign-in only. Each sign-in has its own key. The files and the rows are encrypted with that key before they are stored. Delete everything removes those files, those rows and that key at once. The email you used to sign in stays until you ask for that address to be removed. Nothing is connected to a bank. Nothing is lodged.
More access costs A$4.99 once for 7 days. Nothing renews. Full refund on request within 14 days. Try the app.
